Return Policy

You may return any item purchased directly from the Optimum Therapeutic Solutions online store within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. Refunds for unopened items will be issued via your original form of payment with one exception. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The Optimum Hormone Balance reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Make a Return By Mail:

Send your purchase and receipt to our Returns Department. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted (Typically 2-3 business days) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at refunds@optimumtherapeuticsolutions.com.

Clearance / Last Chance items (if applicable)
Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately Clearance/Last Chance items cannot be refunded
